I want to thank you and your crew for the tremendous job all of you did on our September 26th Steak BBQ which served 344 emploees on our day shift and 52 employees on our night shift.
There were so many employees who made a special effort afterwards to let me know how much they enjoyed the food.
From the time I worked with you in getting the order started, to the day of the event it could not have turned out more successful.
Everyone was on time, the BBQ on Wheels personnel did a fabulous job of setting up cooking and serving. The food was hot and delicious and what a surprise it was when the food was served on actual dinnerware and we had steak knives and real forks to use – no plastic silverware. Then if that wasn’t enough, even the dirty dishes were collected by your crew.
This is the second time we have used your services and I can’t say enough good things about BBQ on Wheels. We already discussed having a spring cookout and without a doubt BBQ on Wheels will be our catering choice.
For 20 years, we did the cooking and setting up ourselves. I can’t begin to tell you how so much less stressful, not to mention better eating, it is to leave the work up to you.
