We just wanted to tell you how happy we are with the catering service we received yesterday with Gale and Bob for our company picnic. The food was delicious, fresh, and plentiful and enjoyed by all. Gale sought out our wishes every step of the way from where to set up the grill, the buffet table, the portion of the food we wanted with BBQ sauce, when to cut up and serve the appetizer trays, and then packaging the remainder so that guests could still have access to more rounds.

We also ordered bottled water from you and he offered to set it in ice in tubs he brought or coolers we had available. We chose the latter and it was done in no time. We had table coverings, but the gingham he brought along seemed more appropriate and the tables were covered and taped in place quickly by he and Bob.

Gale and Bob were courteous, efficient, helpful and very professional. We were pleased with everything from start to finish and delighted at the environment they helped create for our guests. Both are fine examples of excellent customer service. We would not hesitate to cater another event with your company and will recommend you to others.

We just wanted to let you know what a great job Armando did at our event – despite the morning rain. He was a trooper and just worked through it. The food was fantastic. Everyone raved about the meats and the macaroni & cheese. Armando kept the trays filled and walked around and picked up all the plates and glasses, etc letting everyone enjoy the afternoon sunshine.

Our experience with BBQ on Wheels was great! Darlene was extremely helpful with the planning. Jesus and Sara were our master grillers and the food was delicious!! Everyone raved about it. We did the snow cone machine and the kids and adults enjoyed it a lot. Overall experience was an A+

But the reason I am sending this is truly to say thank you for sending Kuko again as our server. He is absolutely awesome! Please make a note on our file that when we book again next year (and we will if I am still here), that we request Kuko.

I just wanted to let you know that the catering by BBQ on Wheels was a huge success. Jesus and Josephina were so professional and polite. The food was served on time and hot. I received so many compliments! Thank you for your professionalism and great food to help make my daughters wedding a huge success. The wedding was in my yard serving 180 people and they made it look so easy, it was nice because that was one thing I did not have to concern myself with. Thank them for me and I will use BBQ on Wheels again and recommend to all my friends and co workers!
